Demonym Birasna

Birasna is a Coracan religion of incredible antiquity, having its origin in the Golden Era nearly 30,000 years ago. Its greatest era was the Golden Era, a 16,000 year period that marked Coracan's longest period between apocalypses.

Birasnas believe in a transcendental Greatest Spirit who is the entirety of the infinite Gyrus. Because of this infinite nature, their God is incomprehensible; yet, because all minds exist within Him, all beings and all things are parts of His Spirit and His Spirit is a part of all things. Unlike Cruxis and Katris, they believe there will be no end to time, just as they believe there was no beginning. The Great Spirit has existed forever and will continue to exist into eternity.

After the most recent apocalypse, 4319 years ago, the Katri and Cruxi faiths rose to prominence in formerly Birasna lands. Through a series of great holy wars, the Birasna faith was driven into minority status.
